Non-Account Activity. You can search for and view images of artwork ("Images") on the Website and read posted messages on the Website's message board without having a Website account or a message board account.

Certain other activities on the Website, such as uploading Images, inquiring about Images or posting questions or comments to the Website message board, require you to have a Website account, a message board account or both. We ask for some personal information when you create a Website account, including your name, address (in the case of artists) email address and a password, which is used to protect your account from unauthorized access.
Usage Information. We may record information about your usage, such as when you use the Website, the other Website users ("Users") you communicate with, and the frequency and size of data transfers, as well as Images you upload or view on the Website. If you are logged in, we may associate that information with your account.
Content Uploaded to Site. Your account name (not your email address) is displayed to other Users when you upload Images or post messages to the Website message board and other Users can contact you through messages and comments.
